Cinnamon-And-Spice Trail Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. honey
    4 c. spoon sized Shredded Wheat biscuits
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. dark raisins
    1/3 c. dried apricots or peaches
    1/3 c. chopped dried apples
Preparation
    Heat butter and honey in large skillet over medium heat until butter is melted.
    Stir in cereal, tossing to coat well.
    Cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes or until cereal is toasted. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl.
    Add cereal and toss to coat well.
    Stir in dried fruits.
    Cool, then store in airtight container.
    Makes 5 cups.
