Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large avocados, seeded and sliced
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    chopped tomato
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except tomatoes and blend until smooth.
    Add tomato chunks and mix well.
    Can be used as a dip or topping for tacos and tostados.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
