Smoked Sausage With Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage
1 onion, sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms
cornstarch paste
1 1/2 c. beef broth
Preparation

Fry sausage in butter until brown.
Remove sausage from pan and keep warm.
Add onion and mushrooms to pan and cook until onions are soft.
Remove from pan and put with sausage.
Add beef broth to pan and thicken with cornstarch paste.
Add sausage, mushrooms and onions and heat through.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
