Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease bottom only of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix pecans and coconut together and spread in bottom of pan.
Prepare German chocolate cake mix according to package directions and pour over pecan and coconut mixture.
Blend the last 4 ingredients and spoon over cake batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
