Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    5 plus c. flour *
Preparation
    Used for pizza crusts, dinner rolls, loaves of bread and bread sticks.
    Mix everything together.
    Knead 5 to 8 minutes.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch down and shape as desired.
    Bake pizza at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, rolls/breadsticks at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes or loaves (small) at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
