Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. softened butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, vanilla and salt on low speed about 1 minute.
    Gradually add flour at low speed until just combined.
    Stir in nuts.
    Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
    Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until firm to the touch but not brown (do not overbake).
    While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
    Cool, then re-roll in powdered sugar.
    Yields 4 dozen cookies.
