1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation

Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Beat eggs, sour cream, salt and milk.
Stir in sauteed onions and bacon.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch dish
and bake at 325\u00b0 until eggs are set and moist, about 30 minutes.
