Sally Lun Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/2 stick of butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in a 1/4 c. of warm water
Preparation
    Scald milk and add sugar, butter and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm and add well beaten eggs, yeast and flour to make a stiff batter. Place dough in well greased bundt pan and cover with towel and let rise one hour.
    Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
