Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
4 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced onions (green)
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/2 c. raisins
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chutney
4 tsp. grated lime rind
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, pressed
Preparation

Slice each pineapple chunk in half.
Toss together the first 6 ingredients.
Thoroughly combine remaining ingredients.
Stir into chicken mixture.
Chill for several hours.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
