Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, well mashed
2 eggs, beaten until light
2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix mashed bananas and eggs in a bowl.
Sift dry ingredients and stir into moist mixture until well blended, but do not beat. Add butter and nuts (melt butter). Pour batter into well-greased and floured loaf pans (9 x 5-inch).
Let stand for about 10 minutes before baking.
