Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and then refrigerate dough for two hours. Roll out 1/3-thick and use cutter for your favorite design.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Eat plain or frost them.
