Grandma Terry'S Pineapple Turnovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 yeast cake
1/2 c. water
2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
-
Dissolve yeast
in 1/4 cup water. Mix in flour and shortening.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill for one hour.
Roll dough on pastry sheet sprinkled with sugar.
Cut into squares, fill with Pineapple Filling, fold into triangles and crimp edges.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
