Never Fail Texas Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco (no other type of shortening)
Preparation

In a small bowl combine water, egg and vinegar.
Mix well. In a large bowl combine flour (spoon into cup lightly), sugar, salt and Crisco.
Cut ingredients in large bowl together.
Mix well.
Add well mixed ingredients of small bowl to large bowl. Mix well until large ball forms.
Divide into 5 parts and refrigerate 1 hour.
Proceed as for any crust.
