Breakfast Baked Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices buttered cubed bread
1/2 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese
2 c. grated or cubed ham
2 Tbsp. chopped onion (fine)
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 1/3 c. milk
8 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line with bread.
Layer on cheese, ham, onion and mushrooms.
Beat milk, eggs, mustard and salt and pour over ingredients in pan.
Let stand overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
