Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
marshmallows
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes in water until tender.
Place in casserole dish. Cover with brown sugar, salt and butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with marshmallows and return to oven. Cook until brown.
