Molten Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
    1 1/2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    10 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    1/2 c. plus 2 tsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Lightly butter 6 custard cups. Combine the chocolates and butter in microwavable bowl and heat on Medium until the chocolate is melted, stirring occasionally. Remove and stir in sugar until smooth (sugar won't be dissolved). Add eggs, flour, baking powder and cocoa. Beat with mixer on medium-high speed until the mixture is pale and has a thick mousse-like consistency, about 5 minutes. Divide mixture among custard cups. Cover each with plastic wrap . Freeze at least 3 hours or several days.
