Classic Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagna noodles
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh oregano or 1 Tbsp. dried
    2 Tbsp. fresh basil or 1 Tbsp. dried
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese for topping
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water with olive oil and salt until tender; drain.
    Brown ground beef with garlic, basil and oregano; drain off any grease and set aside.
