Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. cabbage
    5 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. vinegar (white)
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. white mustard seed
    3 bell peppers
    2 stems celery
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut cabbage; sprinkle salt and water.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Cut celery and pepper; let stand 20 minutes (drain off).
    Mix all other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and pour over cabbage.
    Let cool, pack and freeze.
