*Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 (No. 202) jar julienne beets, drained (save juice)*
    1 small can frozen lemonade or 1/2 c. lemon juice and 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 chopped green onions (preferably) or 1 small, regular onion
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Add enough water to beet juice to make a cup; bring to a boil and dissolve jello.
    Add lemonade and salt; chill slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold.
    Let set until firm. Serves 8.
