Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground round or chuck
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. rosemary (optional)
    2 cans tomato paste
    3 c. hot water
    1 lb. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
Preparation
    In hot oil, saute the garlic and onion until soft.
    Add ground meat. Cook until crumbly. Mix in seasonings.
    Add tomato paste and water.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Layer with noodles and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let set 15 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 generous servings.
