Bob'S Black Dog Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stir-fry or shredded steak
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 can tomatoes, semi-drained (28 oz.)
    1 (28 oz.) can pinto beans, semi-drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cayenne powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute onions, butter and garlic until transparent.
    Add meat; brown.
    Drain excess.
    Add remaining ingredients and boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer partially covered one hour or until the black dog starts howling.
    Top with shredded cheese if desired.
