Persimmon Pudding Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine milk, pulp, vanilla and sugar.
    Sift together dry ingredients and stir into first mixture.
    Fold in nuts and raisins. Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
