Chicken Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 chicken, cut up or use chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. rice (not instant)
2 cans mushroom soup or 2 cans celery soup or 1 can of each
Preparation

Mix dry soup and rice together and spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix mushroom soup with water and pour 1/2 over rice. Top with chicken, lightly salted, and pour remaining soup over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
