Kolachy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Imperial margarine
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    4 c. flour
    Solo pastry filling
Preparation
    Mix and beat soft margarine and vanilla ice cream.
    Beat in sugar, slowly add flour.
    Dough will be sticky when all mixed.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Roll dough, little at a time, thin on flour surface.
    Cut in 2 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch squares.
    Put about 1/2 teaspoon of pie filling in middle.
    Fold 2 corners.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
