Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg
    juice from pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Mix flour and sugar together.
    Beat egg.
    Mix flour and sugar mixture with egg and pineapple juice and stir, then add lemon juice.
    Cook until thickened.
    Cool and pour over bananas, apples, oranges, grapes and nuts, if desired.
