Last-Minute Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
    10 1/2 oz. can chicken with rice soup
    1 lb. raw ground beef, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1 c. frozen peas, uncooked
    2 1/4 c. chow mein noodles
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Blend soups together in 2-quart casserole.
    Mix in beef, onion, garlic, peas and 2 cups noodles.
    Cover.
    Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
    Stir.
    Reduce power to 50 percent.
    Microwave 5 minutes more.
    Stir.
    Sprinkle with almonds and remaining noodles and cook, uncovered, until done, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
