Healthy Choice Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. non-fat yogurt or sour cream
2 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Healthy Choice fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) Healthy Choice fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. imitation crab, flaked
paprika
1 tsp. prepared horseradish (may omit)
Preparation

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasonings.
Mix well.
Then, stir in Cheddar cheese and crab.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables.
Makes approximately 20 servings.
A 3 tablespoon serving equals 44 calories and less than 1 gram fat.
