Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cubed cooked potatoes
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. chopped pimento (undrained)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. paprika
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    In melted butter, saute onions, green pepper and pimento about 1 minute. Add seasoning and flour. Blend in milk. Stir until thick. Add potatoes and 1 cup cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour into 3-quart casserole. Spread remaining cheese on top. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 30 to 45 minutes, until bubbly. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
