New England Brown Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. corn meal
2 c. sour milk
1 c. molasses
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix whole wheat flour, cornmeal, sour milk and molasses. Sift together flour, baking soda,
powder
and salt.
Stir into other ingredients
and mix well.
Add
raisins.
Pour
into
2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
