Low-Fat Blue Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
    1/3 c. (1 1/2 oz.) Blue cheese, crumbled
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    Blend first
    3\tingredients
    until
    smooth.
    Spoon into bowl. Cover and
    chill.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serve with raw vegetables.
