"Easy-Mix" Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine oil and milk.
Pour all at once over flour mixture.
Mix with fork to make soft dough. Shape lightly to make a round ball.
Place on wax paper and knead lightly 10 times or until smooth.
Pat out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with unfloured 2-inch cutter.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
