Israel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 cut up chicken
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. butter
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    7 oz. can ripe olives
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Shake the chicken in this mixture and fry lightly in the 1/2 cup butter.
    Put in pan or casserole.
    In a saucepan, mix the orange juice, thyme, brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter. Boil for 4 minutes. Slice a layer of thin onion over the chicken and the can of ripe olives, sliced. Pour sauce over all.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Add water, if dry.
    Serve with wild rice.
