Neiman-Marcus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. blended oatmeal (measure first, then blend to fine powder)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 oz. chocolate chips
1 (4 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts.
Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Makes 60 (5 dozen) cookies.
