Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Mazola corn oil
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 can pineapple chunks (15 oz.)
    1/2 c. Karo dark syrup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. Argo cornstarch
    1/2 c. green pepper pieces
Preparation
    Heat corn oil in skillet.
    Brown pork.
    Add next 6 items. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes or until done.
    Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water. Add to pork with green pepper.
    Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
