Bruschetta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pitted ripe olives
4 tsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar
2 tsp. capers, drained
2 tsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 medium red or yellow tomatoes, chopped
2/3 c. thinly sliced green onion
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. fresh snipped basil or 1 tsp. dried basil or oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) French baguette bread
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Slice French bread into 1/4-inch slices.
Place on cookie sheet.
Lightly spread olive oil on each side of bread and brown at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
