Jan'S Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Cream sugars and butter together.
    Add flour, salt and egg. Add half and half cream very slowly, blending well between each addition.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
