Beef Stroganoff(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 lb. fillet of beet, cut in small pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms, sauteed until tender
    1/4 c. Port wine
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Madeira sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Simmer all over low heat for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
