Rae'S Crawfish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. green onions
    2 stalks celery
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    3 cloves garlic
    2 c. cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cream of celery soup
    2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. water to each can soup
    1 lb. or 2 crawfish tails
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute all vegetables in oleo together until tender.
    Add soups and let come to a boil.
    Add Kitchen Bouquet, salt, pepper and water.
    Let cook 15 minutes.
    Then add crawfish tails and cook 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
