Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In medium bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, then milk and vanilla; beat until nearly smooth.
In small bowl, stir together 3/4 cup flour, baking powder and salt. Add to milk mixture.
Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be lumpy).
Toss berries with remaining flour into batter.
Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
