Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. (or less) Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. raw chopped apples
    1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to eggs and oil mixture.
    Fold in apples and nuts. Mix well by hand.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    (Bake 1 hour if tube pan is used.)
