Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut in bite-size pieces and salted
    2 eggs
    1/4 pt. milk
    1 small can oysters, drained
    water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 to 2 drops Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk together.
    Dip chicken in milk and egg mixture, then in flour.
    Drop into deep fat fryer (350\u00b0) about 6 to 7 minutes or until batter is golden brown.
    Take them out and put in Pyrex dish in oven to keep warm.
