Middle Eastern Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. apple juice
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. honey
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Combine beef, egg, onion, garlic, cornstarch, salt and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl.
Shape into meatballs using 1 tablespoon of mixture for each.
Arrange ini jelly roll pan.
Bake in preheated 475\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until browned.
