Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. garbonzo beans
1/2 c. tahini
3/4 c. lemon juice
squeeze of lime
2 tsp. garlic powder
4 to 6 cloves crushed garlic
Preparation

Place beans in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended.
Serve with fresh or toasted pita bread wedges.
