Carrot-Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. shredded, pared carrots
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; set aside.
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs in mixing bowl.
    Beat with mixer at medium speed 2 minutes.
    Add dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Stir in carrots and walnuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan on rack 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan; cool on rack.
    Makes 1 loaf.
