Enchilada Dos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
4 (6-inch) tortillas
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
2/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. chopped green chili peppers (canned)
1/3 c. sour cream or Imo
Preparation

Cook beef and onion until meat is browned and onions tender. Drain off fat.
Stir in salt.
Divide meat onto tortillas.
Top each with 1/4 cup of taco sauce and 1 tablespoon cheese.
Roll up. Place, seam side down, in baking pan or dish.
