Turkey-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. consomme
    1 c. Sauterne wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. cooked turkey, diced
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Arrange on bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Place turkey over broccoli.
    Make a cream sauce with the butter, flour, consomme, Sauterne, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Pour sauce over the turkey and broccoli.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
