Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 to 1 small can chopped green chilies
    9 to 10 tortillas
    1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions; drain well.
    Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Place thin layer of meat sauce in oblong casserole dish.
    Cut tortillas in sixths.
    Layer one-half of tortilla pieces on top of meat sauce in casserole. Place half of remaining meat sauce on tortilla layer.
    Sprinkle with 3/4 cup grated cheese.
    Place remaining tortilla pieces on cheese layer.
    Place remaining meat sauce on tortillas.
    Sprinkle with rest of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
