Parisienne Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or breast halves
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1/2 c. cooking sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, mushroom soup and sherry and mix.
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Pour soup mixture over chicken.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until chicken is well done.
    This makes chicken with gravy and can be served over rice or noodles.
