Tanner'S Quiche(Serves 80) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    90 slices day old bread
    5 lb. grated cheddar cheese
    5 lb. bacon bits
    4 lb. chorizo
    60 eggs
    1 gallon milk
    14 c. milk
    7 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. butter or margarine, soften to spread
Preparation
    Trim and butter the bread.
    Line pans with bread butter side down.
    Crisp fry bacon and them crumble.
    Cook chorizo and drain off fat and oil.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Layer cheese, and bacon/chorizo over bread.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over mixture into each pan.
    Let stand overnight.
    Bake the next morning at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
    It may take longer to cook if not a room temperature when placed in the oven.
