Lemon Macaroon Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/4 c. soft shortening
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. flaked coconut
    lemon pudding mix (not instant)
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 (moderate).
    Grease an oblong pan, 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch or two 9-inch square pans.
    Mix with hand 1 package yellow cake mix, shortening, egg, water and flaked coconut. Squeeze with finger until dough is moist enough to hold together. With hand, pat out in pan.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until a light golden color.
    Crust will still be soft when removed from oven. Cool.
